Description
Unemployment claims centers will modify the hours during which incoming calls will be accepted from 5:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. In addition, weekly claims must be filed by 4:00 p.m. Friday (or the last working day of the week). Claims centers will remain open from 4:00-5:00 to return calls to individuals who selected the “call back” option and to process claims for individuals who reached the claims center prior to 4:00 p.m. and chose to remain on hold for an agent.
If you object to use of the expedited rule-making process, please send your objection to the address listed on the CR 105 no later than December 23, 2014.
