Make sure we have your current address, even if you stopped claiming benefits. We might mail you important information about taxes, benefit eligibility and more.

You can update the following information online through eServices or by phone:

  • Mailing address
  • Phone number

How to update your contact information

Choose the method that works best for you:

Update your information online

  1. Sign in to your eServices account and select "Settings."
  2. Under the "I want to" menu, choose "Update contact information​​​​​."

Update your information by phone

Call us at 800-318-6022. Our automated phone line is available anytime. To speak with an agent, call Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Agents aren't available on holidays.

Speak slowly and clearly to make sure we get the correct information.

How to update your name

You need to call us at 800-318-6022 and speak with an agent to update your name. Agents are available Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Agents aren't available on holidays.

You can't submit a name change online.

What to do after submitting a change

If you submit a change online, we'll process it within 24 hours.

If you speak with an agent on the phone, they'll change your information immediately. If you call our automated line, we'll usually change your information the same day. However, it could take up to 48 hours to process.

Wait to submit your claim after an address change

After changing your address, wait 2 business days to submit your weekly claim. If you don't wait, we may send important information to your old address.
