Retraining programs

If you are unlikely to return to your previous job or have lost your job due to foreign competition, you may be eligible to collect unemployment benefits while you train for a new career.

Training for dislocated workers is customized to each person and must be in an occupation that is in demand in your community or an area to which you are willing to commute or relocate.
