Reporting employer tax fraud

Report a business you suspect is not registered with Washington state or is underreporting their employees.

Businesses that do not register with the state do not pay their fair share of taxes. They gain an unfair advantage with lower operating costs. And their workers cannot get unemployment benefits if they lose their jobs. Fraud also occurs when businesses underreport their number of employees and pay lower unemployment taxes.
