Implementation of new computer system
The department is amending and adopting rules related to the payment of unemployment benefits. Some rules are required for the implementation of the department’s new computer system. Others are policy and procedural changes that have been on hold due to the limitations of the department’s payment system. Other new or amended rules may be identified through the rule-making process.
