Recovering your username or password
If you forgot your username or password, follow these steps:
- Go to eServices and select "Having trouble signing in?" next to the sign-in button at the bottom of the box labeled "SecureAccess Washington (SAW)."
- On the next screen, select "Forgot username" or "Forgot password."
- Follow the instructions to have a list of your existing SecureAccess Washington (SAW) usernames or a temporary password sent to your email.
If you have multiple SecureAccess Washington (SAW) usernames
If you've used eServices or unemployment benefits before, use the same username you used before. If you don't know your correct username, call us at 855-682-0785.
Resetting your PIN

Updating incorrect account information
Call us at 855-682-0785 if you:
- Incorrectly entered your Social Security number when creating your account.
- Can't access the email address you used to set up your account.
