We are adjusting our phone hours. The change will help customers get paid faster during this time of high demand from unemployment benefits.
Starting the week of Oct. 27, Claims Center agents will answer calls:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (normal hours)
- Tuesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to noon. (adjusted hours)
When not answering phones, agents will use uninterrupted time to complete claims processing required to pay benefits.
