Self-Employment Assistance Program (SEAP) approved providers

If you have reason to believe someone has applied for unemployment benefits using your information, report it immediately to ESD.

If you are an unemployed worker and are having trouble with your SEAP/SAW online account, please call the Employment Security Department Secure Access Washington Help Line at 1-855-682-0785.

This directory contains all of the training providers whose programs are currently approved for use by SEAP participants. You can find programs that are offered statewide (usually through online training), as well as providers who offer training in your county or neighboring counties. Some providers may have income eligibility requirements or other requirements you must meet to participate in their training programs. Once you've found your preferred program, contact them to learn more about their specific eligibility requirements.

NOTE: If you are a training provider and are interested in becoming a SEAP approved provider, please contact the the administrative office at for more information.
