Download the Sponsor Registration form to register by mail and pay by check. 

Please make checks payable to: Employment Security Department
Write “Symposium” in the memo line on the check

After you email us your Sponsor Registration form, we will contact you to assign you an exhibit table and provide further logistics for table set up.
