Description

In 2021, the Legislature passed Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 5061 which, among other things, provides protections for health care workers under certain circumstances. The bill directs the Department to adopt rules concerning good cause to leave work and availability for work for those health care workers during a public health emergency.
