Annual job fair targets veterans and people with disabilities

SPOKANE – Veterans and job seekers who have disabilities can meet over 50 employers and try out the latest adaptive equipment at a job fair and accessibility expo on Oct. 24.
The third annual WorkSource Access Spokane Job Fair will include a hands-on display of the newest technology available to help those living with disabilities. Attendees also will have the opportunity to meet with service providers to discuss their specific needs.
Where: Hotel R.L. by Red Lion Spokane at the Park (formerly Red Lion at the Park).
When: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 24
Who: The event is presented by:
- The Spokane Area Workforce Development Council
- WorkSource Spokane
- The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
- Spokane County
- Other agencies and non-profit organizations that offer services for people with disabilities
