Training Benefits application

How to apply for Training Benefits

To apply for Training Benefits, we encourage you to visit your nearest WorkSource Employment Center. Staff can give you one-on-one assistance in applying for Training Benefits and answer questions you may have about pursuing a new career.

You can download an application packet, get one at your nearest WorkSource, or call the unemployment claims center at 800-318-6022 (Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. except holidays) and ask for a Training Benefits application packet.

Your nearest WorkSource office can help you fax (800-301-1796) your completed application or you can mail it to the following address:
