Register NOW for the 2020 Economic Symposium

  

Special ESD Staff Registration Process

  • By following the instructions below, all ESD staff will receive the group rate of $75 per person for a full symposium registration.

  • Register on or before February 29 to receive a 10% early bird discount on a full Symposium registration.

  • You can also sign up for half day morning ($30) or afternoon ($50) registration.

  • Additional options include:

    - April 13 Pre-Symposium Tour - $50

    - April 13 Welcome Event at Tagaris Winery - $50

    - Continuing Education Unit (CEU) (for full day only) - $40  If you are unsure if you qualify for ESD to pay for your CEU, contact Atina Silvelio in HR.   

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER FOR THE 2020 ECONOMIC SYMPOSIUM

 Before you register, you must fill out a Visa request form

  • Prior to registering you MUST download and fill out a visa request form. Fill in the following required information boxes:

    • Justification - why you want/need to attend the Symposium
    • Org Index and Master Index
    • Estimated cost - make sure to include all activities you plan to attend
    • Requester - name of person filling out the form
    • Purchase on Behalf of - if the Requester is someone other than the person attending the Symposium, then fill in the name of the person actually attending the event in this box
    • Designated Approver - signature from an approving authority (see link below for a list of designated approvers)
    • Date - date you are submitting the form

  • Here is a link to see who your approvers are.  They are listed by Org. Index (OI)

  • Scan your completed and signed visa request form and save it to your desktop so you can upload it when you register online.

How to register

  • Do NOT go through the regular registration link on the Symposium website.

  • Go here to the customized ESD registration page. 

    NOTE: In order to complete your registration, you will be required to upload your completed and signed visa request form. 

  • Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email which you should keep handy for your records.
