You can now find our updated Unemployed Worker’s Handbook in many languages on our website. Learn about your rights and responsibilities when you apply for benefits.

This handbook uses plain language to summarize detailed information from the unemployment benefits section of our award-winning website. With the digital handbook, you can select topics in the table of contents to go directly to the topic. Key words are linked to definitions of terms we use to talk about unemployment benefits. We understand that unemployment insurance is not a common topic for customers!

If you need a printed copy of the handbook

Printed handbooks in English and Spanish are available at most WorkSource offices across the state. Use the WorkSource locator on the WorkSource website to find a center near you.
