General job seeker questions:
Live chat on the WorkSource website about employment and training services
Talk to live operators on the WorkSource website during business hours. They can answer basic questions about unemployment, but they can’t access your unemployment claim information.

eServices is the fastest and easiest way to submit your application for benefits.
If you can’t use eServices:
- Submit your application using our automated phone system, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Submit weekly claims using our automated phone system from 12:01 a.m. Sunday through 4 p.m. Friday.
Disagree with a benefits decision?
You can appeal. Visit the benefit denials and appeals page for more details and contact information.

Report imposter fraud or submit a tip.
Please report if:
- Someone is claiming benefits under your name (imposter fraud).
- You know someone who is claiming benefits and shouldn’t be.
- You know an employer who is not paying unemployment taxes and should be.
