Talk to live operators on the WorkSource website during business hours. They can answer basic questions about unemployment, but they can’t access your unemployment claim information.

If you can’t use eServices:

  • Submit your application using our automated phone system, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Submit weekly claims using our automated phone system from 12:01 a.m. Sunday through 4 p.m. Friday.
